Wright Park

It is 10:00 am and I am at the park. The sun wants to shine. It is very peacefull especially on a cool day. Many leafs and squirrels going by in a hurry. Wright Park has Wi Fi, I did not know that until today so I will probably come here from time to time with my laptop weather permitting. I only live a couple of blocks away.

For Fun

We are going to the ball. Virginia still has to make a trip to JC Penney for leggins, I already have mine. All I need now is a belt to hold my sword, and a pouch full of paprika to keep the dragon at a good distance. It is so much fun to be young and in love, and ready to cut the head off of a fire breathing creature. The End.

Pike Place

Me and the V recently set up and sold at the Pike Place Market. She has a large following and I' am the side kick like Harpo for Graucho or Jerry for Dean. First thing in the morning at sunrise at the market it is a perfect world, then comes the humans. We have our usual shoplifters, panhandlers and crazy people. This morning I took photos of some of the wonderful signs in the market, guess what I was looking for. Well it cost me $12.00 at Lowell's but the
breakfast sandwich and hash browns were very good And Virginia enjoyed them as well.

Allot Alike

Allot Alike, not even. We both have nipples and belly buttons, which are actually umbilicus but other than a few shared body parts we are foreign to each other. We see things differently, hear things differently, remember things differently. No wonder we drive each other crazy.

Lacey Farmers Market

Hopping on my tractor. The next stop on the busy Calendar of junk selling events is the Lacey Farmers Market. This year they added to their monthly market, Antique dealers. Along with food and hand made items this is an interesting mix. Saturday August 9

Women

There are allot of women in my life, most of them hang on my walls. Although I spent a good portion of my day with my favorite one and it was very pleasant, also I saw the other very important woman in my life being chauffeured around in her Volvo by a Texan-demolition derby crossed my mind. It was a fun morning and a pleasant afternoon. I found the V a couple of interesting vintage items, you have to please the fashion sensitive women in your life.

Kitties

There has been allot of talk of kitties lately. A little story here and there is fine, but when you start evaluating their personality traits - then it gets to be too much for me. I like this image of Kitty Tom from a vintage board game. He looks like he is mad and probably walks on tops of fences and wants to do it with all the female cats in the neighborhood. He is not unlike Top Cat the feral little gang leader in the 1960's cartoon show. He gave officer dibble such a headache.
